2012/08/20 Oslo

So, I’m going to break my own postaday rules today. I’m supposed to take at least one picture a day. Done. I should take a picture that can stand on its own. That’s my intention. I’m going to post a picture every day, and that picture must be taken the same day. There are a few more too, but this is the one I’m going to break today. I’ve taken at least 50 pictures today. I used a selection of these on my Norwegian knitting blog. They obviously serve a different purpose than those I post here. I’m saving the rest of the day’s pictures for a different occasion. So today’s postaday is now featuring a picture from Saturday. Can I break my own rules?

And on the topic postaday rules, I’m going to the states next week. I don’t know what kind of access I’ll have to the Internet. Should I make posts in advance and schedule the publishing for each day or should I take a chance on having access during the trip so I can post pictures every day?

If you do not have access, break your rules. For me, it will be worth the wait.

Thank you! I guess the best is to leave Norway with the intention to follow the rules and make up new ones as I go. I’ll find a way. Thank you for commenting.

Down with the tyranny of rules! Do whatever you feel like doing.

Wonderful! Rules are there to be broken, or at least a little.
